Completely designed and built from scratch new trigger and tang safety.

From scratch detachable shotgun guard bow with extended tang.

Action rod system removed and sculptured bolt handle made and installed and receiver altered accordingly.

Custom scope bases for lever rings.

Exhibition Turkish Walnut stock blank with from scratch trap butt plate. Complete stock redesign with higher comb and 14 LOP. 26 LPI points and ribbons checkering with raised panels and shadow line fore and aft of receiver.

Master Engraver Denis Reece performed the fine art using gold and platinum.

Using the superb and versatile 98 Mauser, the goal of this project was to build a big caliber rifle without the bulky utilitarian look.

Features include Heilmann Hammer Head Rings, custom iron sights, and premium California English stock.
